Our delivery charges reflect the delivery of items to mainland UK. However, we welcome none mainland and international orders. In order to place an order or to receive a quotation regarding shipping, please contact us directly by sending an email to the following address:  

Please note that you will be responsible for any import duties on deliveries outside of the UK, we will provide a quotation for the cost of shipping only.

We aim to dispatch all orders which are placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday within three working days. However, please allow up to ten working days for the goods to reach you. Returns & Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 28 calendar days of the dispatch of your item(s). The product(s) must be in the same condition that they are received and undamaged in any way.

After we have received your item, our Equipment Workshop will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 28 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
