click on image for larger version	PW.18	The Karenswood “Protector” MK.1. The Mk.1 is the heaviest rigid sleeve in the entire Karenswood range. Hand fashioned and crafted in the very best stirrup leather and lined with the finest quality felt. A first class sleeve where protection is the only criterior. Can be worn under a coat. Adjustable via the laces, the sleeve has an open end protected by a folding hand grip which is retrieved inside the sleeve so as to protect the hand. The open end allows a stick or gun to be carried. Fitted upper arm securing strap. The Mk.1. has an additional heavy leather patch covering almost the entire area of the sleeve.
click on image for larger version	P.W.19	The Karenswood “Protector” MK.2. The Mk.2. is exactly the same design as the Mk.1. This time made in soft yet extremely resilient chrome leather. Strong enough to accommodate a hard biting dog, yet soft enough to encourage a younger dog. The nature of this heavy chrome leather is such that it allows a certain amount of flexibility of the arm - indeed, it is quite possible to bend the arm after the sleeve has been "worn in" a little. The Mk.2 offers near complete protection from the hand to the shoulder and it can be worn under a coat. Once again, the open ended style allows a stick or gun to be carried. This sleeve must be given serious consideration when working a hard biter.
