The Karenswood ëJointedí Sleeve
Hand crafted and strongly constructed in the finest leather and lined with best quality felt. Originally intended and still built as a heavyweight, this sleeve also serves the younger dog because of its shape. PW.3 has a binocular-case type end, which influences the shape of the body of the sleeve, so that at the point of contact the dog does not have to maximise the opening of his jaw in order to secure a good hold.

Unlike the Karenswood Special “Two Piece“ Sleeves, the top and bottom sections cannot be detached. A leather hinge joins both sections at the elbow. The top part of the sleeve has been extended to give more upper arm protection.

Fitted with exterior “toggles“ the sleeve accepts the Karenswood heavy duty Jute Sleeve Cover, PW.2.

The Karenswood Special “Two Piece“ Sleeve. (Open end)
This Karenswood designed hand-crafted protective arm guard is made in chrome leather with an additional chrome or bridle leather patchon the forearm. The guard is lined in best quality felt and is slim enough to be worn under a coat, thus preventing the dog becoming ësleeve happyí. The body of the guard has two exterior “toggle“ which enable a jute cover to be affixed. The “toggles“ replace buckles because of the possibility of tooth damage, though buckles can be fitted is specifically ordered. All of the sleeves in the “Two -Piece“ range are anatomically contoures to the general shape of the human arm. This model is supplied in light weight (PW.13) or heavy dute (PW.12) and the top section may be detached. The open end allows a stick or gun to be held. Fitted
